De film volgt Radiohead op tour in het jaar dat OK Computer door critici en publiek alom bejubeld werd als het grootste muzikale wonder van de afgelopen decennia. We zien de groep in hun eerste bange momenten voor het openingsconcert in Barcelona, 22 mei 1997, tot hun laatste triomfantelijke overwinningszege in New Yorks Radio City Music Hall, 104 concerten later. Voor Radiohead was dit hét jaar dat de groep een hype, een mythe werd waarvan ze zelf de gevolgen niet konden inschatten.
